I think instead of arresting someone for sagging they should be out there arresting the real criminals. When I buy my pants I get them a few size bigger because I don't have to worry about buying pants a lot. I'm not a gang banger but I do like my clothe loose. I feel more comfortable.

Who's to say that underwear is somehow "indecent"?Since when are boxers offensive? I see underwear commercials and ads in magazines,newspapers, billboards....it's a piece of cloth just like any other clothing... Yeah, I did take it to far. And I do wear a belt. To me it would be a waste of time arresting people because they are sagging there pants. Like someone else said the courts would not go for it. How about the ladies who wear real short shorts and dresses?
