Panasonic Dvd Navigation H/U... Good?

Does anybody know much about this H/U? I hear it's really new.

I went into a local audio shop today and one of the guys there had this hooked up in his car. But they said they would sell it for $1250 installed with hoooking up the on-star and steering wheel controls.

I got one of their 7 inch fold outs and dont have any problems with it. Pretty decent sound quality for a in-dash.
