Lookin to spend under $300 for HU.What's the differences between these two Pioneers?

I've always liked how easy the controls are on Pioneers. Also the displays are nice as well. I'm lookin to spend between $200-$300 for a new head unit. Any better recommendations? I've been outta the game for a few years. I'm lookin at these two right now.
