Panasonic deck won't play MP3's

just FYI, a *.wav file is the type of media that cd players read. if you were to burn a *.wav to a disc and put it in your home audio player, it should read it.

the problem is they are compareable to the length of the song; and this is why noone ever pirated music before, with the advent of faster communications and compressed MP3s, that was changed.

so i doubt bruning .wav files is going to tell you anything otherwise.

in my oppinion its a faulty uint, or line of units. back when MP3 support first arrived - it was terrible. bring it back and see what they can do about it.
