need some help.. when i play a cd with the volume up more than about a 1/4 of the way the cd with start stopping for 1 or 2 seconds then it goes back to playing. does it on every cd ive tried. burned or store bought. any suggestions? checked my grounds, my rca's all my power wires, and the harness, even tried a cd lens cleaner and nothing. help!!
