Panasonic CQ-C700U issue

just got my deck (CQ-C700U) installed but i have an issue. It wont play CD's through the RCAs, if that makes any sense. I bench tested it and with speakers hooked up it played cd's fine, radio worked right etc... However, now i am running a 4-channel amp, the radio comes through fine but CD's don't make any sound. The play time on the screen shows that it is playing but no sound.

Any options for setting the output to RCA from speakers in the menu? What about setting volume for CDs only? On my Kenwood I have separate volumes for each source to level match.... if you turn them down the output gets cut off.

couldn't find anything in the menu, its tarting to drive me nuts and i have only had it installed for like 12 hours! LOL making a 5 hour drive tomorrow morning and was really hoping to lisent to some cd's

yeaaaaaah... Should have figured that out easier. I had a buddy helping, solid blue was the remote wire color so he thought it would be the same on the deck. Ended up being blue with a white stripe. I had the amp mounted so you couldn't see the power light so once i unbolted it and seen no power, it was pretty easy to figure out.

Been in the car audio game for like 7 years now, pretty embarassing
