15" XXX vs. 18" MT

45 in the box the 18's going in.

Reason for getting the 18" MT. Blew the + tinsel lead sides off first time....and then i resoldered them and they blew again so now i have to send back because they are too short to solder again now.

But ya havent got to hear it yet....because i finished the box and put it in the truck and then hooked everything up. Turned on my truck, but amp didnt turn....and i checked and rechecked both powers and grounds also the remote wire too, so anyone ever had an Orion 2500d just all the sudden not turn on? And i know im getting power to the amp because you can spark the Power cable against the ground lol as i found out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif .

you can get tinsel material... or just put a piece of wire there and use good solder and good joints and heatshrink it on there .... it won't ever break again that way unless you're putting some serious force on it
