pac oem-1/ component system install help

I have a 96 infiniti i30 Im trying to add a sub and aftermarket component system. I just need some guidance as to how to wire up the comps. Im using the Pac OEM-1 adapter which has the rca leads, but Im wondering how I go about wiring them up..Do I treat it like a regular component install and bypass the amps? Do I have to run new wire to each speaker or tap into the pac adapter behind the radio and amp each speaker like that?
