p99rs doesnt remember settings ? Please advice.

Hi i got p99rs, unfortuantely when i stop my car
and when i start the radio again p99rs
for example ,
i always from features turn on aux 2 which is from the back since its more comfortable for me, and when i start the radio i modify it enable it since its disabled, and if i stop my car or shut down the engine and turn again the radio its like settings were never made? Can someone tell me whats the trouble and how i can fix it, here is my car audio set up i have 4 amps,
p99rs is connected to them,
i know that they receive direct power from my car battery, and i also have 2 farad capacitor.
please advice.
