DO NOT go into this program unless you are already in shape.. They have the P-90 and P-90X for a reason.. The X is really hard if you are going all out on all the workouts.. obviously you don't have to do it all though (skip a rep here and there)
I tried it out.. got 2 months into it... it almost became a lifestyle as far as my diet went. I was seeing such great results that I didn't want to stop, but it is somewhat time consuming just because its so hard... yea its only 45-60min.a day, but its an ***-whoopin every day
The thing I really liked about the program is it is the only one out there with so much muscle endurance involved..... You can hit the gym as much as you want... spend 4 hrs there, but you arent going to get the muscular endurance this program gives you.. especially the Push-up disc
The Ab ripper X is AWESOME... its only 16 min. long, but it really does get your whole core into great shape
