OZ Matrix Elite 10" vs RE SE10?

How does the RE SE10 stand up against the Oz Matrix Elite? My sub will be powered by 400 watts mono into 4 ohm and will have a small sealed box in a trunk of a Mustang convertible (might go ported if I necessary) and listen to classic rock and blues mostly. I currently have the OZ but it needs to be repaired or replaced. Any other suggestions for around $100.00 to $150.00?

I love the OZ Audio Elite subs myself...I have a pair bnib i've been saving for a nice sq install...

SE would get louder on lower power, Matrix elite's are really hard to get parts for and really not worth the trouble IMO. I have a matrix elite motor that I use to magnetize tools with //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

y'all always talk about china made stuff, If people was to go through thier house and look at the labels on different stuff, you would find out that 95% of the stuff you own is made in china!!!! we that's in my case altleast

indeed, i'm kinda fighting this right now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif but the one ME10 i had sounded pretty good.
