Fs doesn't have much to do with the low end of a sub, look at the Qts instead for a general indication.

You cant determine the low end extension of a woofer from meerly looking at Fs. The enviroment that the sub is in affects low end greatly (ex. Box, and Car)

Since when is 38hz a SQ box? and 75hz is that high even for a SPL box?
