oz audio 12.1 spl sub worth the money?

12" 8000W Quad 1-Ohm SPL Subwoofer

they want $750 for 1 12'' sub rms is 4000 peak is 8000..i know oz makes decent stuff..but is this worth $750 per sub? also i gotta say hifonics has caught my eye with the 3212 model sub..the magnet on it is one of the biggest i seen on a 12 and claims they take 3200 rms..for $250 not bad i think..anyone have expeirence with any of these 2 subs?
