Oxygen Audio V. Beyma Audio?!?!?! Same Company??

Today i was in an audio shop with my Beyma Pro 6MI Mid-ranges & Beyma AST-09 Tweeters.....the guy thre said that oxygen audio makes exact replicas.....there the same speakers just with diffrent stickers and oxygen is 1/2 the price!!!

what do you guys think?
