overthinking connections that can't be soldered

Solder is meant to insulate a spliced connection and add strength to the joint....
1. Solder isn't an insulator...ever heard of a solder bridge on a PCB? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Heat shrink is the insulator in a splice.

2. Solder isn't there for the strength alone, that's why you twist the strands together in a wire splice...if you depend on solder for connectivity, you're going to have a lot of broken connections over time.

go to hell, as previously mentioned, you newbie with 3 posts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Your e-penis is bigger than mine.
