I've been into car audio for about 15 years now. I have gradually evolved from liking SPL to caring more about SQ. That said, my hearing is trashed, and each system I build for myself gets louder. The current one did 146.9 recently, but I don't crank it that often, or for more than 20 seconds or so at a time. I know what you mean about the fluid in your ears. Hopefully you learned your lesson and will take it easy. Then again, who am I kidding? It's like eating a buffet or drinking lots of shots. You know it's not good for you, but........

Well my o-scope said it put out 1152 watts unclipped with a 50 Hz tone so..... since I WAS clipping, I estimated 1300 watts even though it most likely wasnt that high. And yes the audiobahns ****- I dont need to be reminded thanks. However they are loud for their price.

well I put my ear in the port while playing on the tuning freq with 1200w, It was awesome! hurt for a minute but I still hear fine.
