In dash CD/DVD player for girlfriend.

My girlfriend was in Circuit City today and she saw a CD/DVD player that goes in your dash, she fell in love with it and now is looking at some Jensen stuff.

The top 2 on that link is what she is interested in right now. Any Suggestions? I have never shopped for one of these and i don't know much about them.

They are alright I am not attracted to screens but when i was i liked this unit, It may not sound the best but the screen/ functionality is real real nice.

I agree fully, But there is an easy fix man.. I just put an Autotek Linedriver/equilizer on mine and it sounds wonderful now.. Straight out the box the Jensen sounds flat and lacks depth.. Really ear peircing highs and no lows at all..then you drop a sub/amp in and it feels like ur missing something.. the bass isnt real loud like you would expect..

It has sparse built in EQ features and 2v pre-outs.. so I grabbed a LD/EQ combo and its like night and day. Im really happy now.. I reccomend the jensen for video and not Audio.. unless you add an EQ..

onlinecarstereo.com has a really nice Clarion EQ for $53.. It should get the job done

I think ill look into some other units then, id like pioneer but they are alot of cash.
