Would a JBL CS60.4 (60w rms x 4) suit P953 (110w rms) & P652 (75w rms) well?

Will the amp be a good match with the speakers? I've already purchased the speakers for my father's '05 Honda Accord Sedan and would like to stick with the same brand of amp. He merely wanted to upgrade the factory speakers, but I wanted him to get the full potential of the speakers with an amp.

Also, what will he need to install everything? He will be using the factory head unit. Thanks.
