what rewiring? its a 20 minute process, probably takes longer to yank the headlights than the wiring.

but I looked at a video its just a relay and plug and play

so I think I am going to get a kit off of ebay

Most HID kits come with harnesses and tell you what to splice (if anything)

i have a regular 35w kit and it draws around 12.5 amps at startup, i dont see a halogen ever drawing that much current. maybe 5a max

i can tell you that my ddm slim ballast HID 55w 3000k's are off the hook lol.it came with a battery harness and was as simple as plug and play.its allso alot easier on the car's electrical.you would have dimming on regular halogens quicker than the hid's.i dont know if its even possible to have dimming on hid's with a system.
