Other good amps besides JBL 1200.1

Everyone recommends this amp, good power for the money, what about the quality though? Are there other amps with the same amount of power that will give better sound quality? if so, what are they?

costs more but look into jl audio http://www.jlaudio.com the price is alot more but imo they are better

I agree i got a JL AUdio 500 watt amp pusing my 1 JL AUDIO 12W7 at the moment and it sounds good
