so i had a 15 inch orion h2. my voice coil unraveled since it was 3 years old and i had been pushing it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif but i was impressed with the way it sounded im now looking to buying a new sub and looking at this sub, http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=17774 if anyone knows anything about this or something i could get better with the money im spending, around 500. i already have a Class D hifonics brutus amplifier 2000W thanks

an h2 is an Hcca..this is just the newer version..they are decent subs..get loud..but they like sealed applications..fofr sealed they are pretty good..but if you decide to go ported there are alot better choices that would prob be cheaper...what kind of sound are you lookin for..do you want to stick to a one speaker setup or would you go for 2 12's etc....look on the ficaraudio.com website...with that power 2 fi q's or re sx's or one fi BTL, hdc3..any of those setups i think would do better

i want to stick a one speaker sub that sounds good and blows you away. i have made a sealed box out of MDF wood from home depot, sealed. which is what i had my 15 inch h2 in.. which is why im looking at the 2007 model of this sub
