Orion Amp Settings ?

I am running the XTR Pro 2400 to 2 15" Orion H2's in a sealed box. What is the Intelliq's function, and do I need to use it with a sealed box, or is it more for vented enclosures?

It is supposed to be used when you have a port and you dont want loud frequencies below your tuning level because it could damage the subs.
