Orion 2500d and volts

I know the 2500d is regulated and that is produces 2500 @ 1ohm at 13.8volts now if it sees a voltage lets say 11.9 volts does the power in watts reduce, and will it make more watts with lets say 14.4?

well what I've seen is more like 2700w @ 14.4, and I dunno about 11.9?

it will do around 2000-2500w wit that voltage, as voltage increases im sure it will put out more, he!! of an amp man
