Or an Adapter to Go From Aux to USB?

My car does have a pin plug for AUX and I have plugged an old Walkman into that port once when I had a CD stuck in the player. The Walkman worked just fine that way, but if there's another sort of adapter that would have a male pin plug ending in a female USB port... Is that a product that exists and would I be able to listen to the music on my USB thumb drives with such an apparatus?
