Optima Yellow Top $145 G31

from the PE page:

*Type Post/Terminal

Like Tommy said in the pic it looks like its gonna be the regular terminal, not the threaded one.

Guess its back to the deka plan.

Im guessing that this is the one with the threaded post.
Its not the threaded stud, its the regular top post terminal that you see on normal car batteries.

Like I stated earlier, the G31's have two different style posts from the factory.

G31A (the one on PE) has the SAE posts

G31T has the threaded stud

I was just wondering for clarification.

I actually prefer the standard post as opposed to the threaded one.

It really depends on the install.

Replacing a stock location battery usually calls for the SAE post, but if you are adding a 2nd battery the threaded stud is usually easier to integrate.

You can always get a top post adapter that allows ring terminals and whatnot.
