Opionions on best 3-way external crossover for under 100 smacks?

Right now I have an el cheapo Lanzar x5 vibe 3-way that works decently, but when I put it back in last time I am getting engine whine out the wahzoo. I know it has to be the crossover, as when it is just through my clarion amp, it don't do it, however I get better clarity off the Lanzar, so would like to see what is the best under a 100 smacks in your guys' opinions? Can't really go more than that as I am broke! This is really a birthday gift from my wife, lol! She already got me my main gift, but she knows I wanted one of these and has 100 smacks limit, lol!

Thanks for any help. I **** at picking crossovers. I would do something like an Audio control if I had a couple hundered bucks more.
