Opinion about SQ setup 2 way Active with new HU

Hi,

I'm a total noob here, so pardon me my stupidness.

Currently I have RF 3Sixty.2, Clarion MAX685BT HU, RS Audio PRO 2 Way Component (from Germany), 2 free air 8" Pioneer Sub Woofer, 4 Channel Phoenix Gold X200.4 and Monoblock Phoenix Gold X600.1, all this has been setup for active.

I want to get this new HU Clarion DRZ9255 or model HXD2, and another single din dvd player with in-dash lcd. Would this setup be good for active setup, where I will remove my current HU Clarion MAX685BT and RF 3Sixty.2?

Would this be better than what I have now. I'm thinking to go for 3 way the next time, with this new HU, I'm assuming it's possible.

If I'm to use the new DVD in-dash player to watch movie or listening to MP3, and link the rca to Aux-in of the DRZ9255, will it process the sound better to the speakers for active setup?
