So i finally got my amp which looks bad *** only two days after i was suppose too then my sub was backordered and was shipped today and is suppose to be here hopefully wensday i HOPE, but if ur item gets backordered ur ****ED

 
Well I have never had a problem with them and have ordered half a dozen items from them from subs, to crossovers and what not. You should usually call ahead of time to see if the product is in stock, but your situaution is a little different. I would be pissed as well, but at least you are getting it now.

Also seems someone will always have a problem and have something negative to say about an online company. For instance, I hate Ikesound, which they screwed me over and I will never deal with them again. Other people have never had a problem.

Just one of those things.

 
they never say whether it's truly in-stock or not until it's several days late and you call them. I ordered a DVD player and had to call alpine to find out it was discontinued - if thy had none in stock, they were NOT getting any more. I had them change my order to something else. They also remove or dremel off serial numbers, as does woofersetc.

 
I just went through the biggest hassle to try to get warranty service from them...

My premier 780mp started having noise problems in the last month that I still had a warranty on it. I don't have my car at school so although my sister told me about the problem, I couldn't test my system to see exactly what was going on. So I get home and swap out the 780, and sure enough the noise goes a way. So with one week left on my warranty I call up onlinecarstereo.com and after 30 minutes I finally get someone to pick up. I tell him about my situation and he says that there is nothing that they can do because by the time that I ship it to them my warranty will be up. I told him I could easily have it there before my warranty expires and he goes on to say that even if I got it there on time, that they wouldn't process the return before the warranty was up. Of course I said that that was complete bullshit and he basically hung up on me and said that he would call me back. About 30 minutes later he calls back and now says that they cannot honor the warranty on the 780 because it is a discontinued product, so my warranty is no longer valid. Again I said that was complete bullshit and that they were obligated to honor their warranty as advertised. He goes on to say that they didn't have anyway to replace the unit and that they could not repair it. At this point it was basically a stalemate and he said there was nothing he could. So I asked to speak to his supervisor. Of course after being put on hold for about 5 minutes he tells me that they just sent me an e-mail with warranty return procedures and to send the 780 back to them before my warranty was up.

I was going to purchase another head unit to use while my 780 was under repair, and then put the 780 in my sister's car after it was repaired, but after this experience I decided to take my business else where.

Cliff notes version:

-premier 780mp has noise problem

-I try to get warranty service on it during the last week of my warranty

-they claim that even if I return the 780 on time, they won't process it on time

-I call bullshit

-they claim that the unit is discontinued and I no longer have a warranty

-I call bullshit and ask for a supervisor

-out of nowhere they offer to repair the 780 under warranty

 
thats complete bullshit dude that sucks you usually have to talk to several diferent people to finaly get to the truth. I talked 2 one guy that told me that my order could not be shipped for like a couple weeks then i kept calling getting similr answers then finnaly i got a guy who was like alright ill ship ur amp then ur sub tommarow so u just gotta get good worker

I hate shit like that... I don't care who I talk to I want the same helpful answer...

 
i ordered speakers off their no problem then got my amp workers great and my sub will be here a week later u just have to get the luck of the draw... So basiclly if u get good service from their u ahve a 50/50 chance lol its like the lottery...

 
I ordered a sub and an amp recently from them. A week later I called them cause it still said "not shipped." Turns out the amp wasn't in stock....they should have to list that on the site imo....
