There are a few places that people tend to do business with and generally trust. Common ones are http://www.ikesound.com http://www.thezeb.com and http://www.cbrstereo.com . There's a dozen or so more, but those are my places.

The "stay away" labels have been put on buyloud.com and cmttrading.com.

I ordered my 12" Alpine Type R on tuesday afternoon, and i had it on thursday morning. Not a single problem.
