One seriously pissed off speaker whine

i have an old broken headunit (well it works just usb is broken) laying around just to test with, its handy to have because the plugs are the same so its not difficult to swap it in and out.
definitely leaning more towards a faulty piece of equipment at this point.

Dropped the RF T600 in there today and bam no more speaker whine. Really not happy that it was the amp, now this guy is headed back to the tech for a warranty repair.

just be happy you figured it out, speaker whine is terrible to diagnose.

Trust me i know, my dodge still has it but its a constant one that dosnt change pitch. You can only hear it with the volume at 0 so i just leave it be
