Today we went mortgage shopping because we are just outgrowing our apartment. Well after all was said and done, they decided that we are now pre-approved for any house that the payments with taxes and insurance are less than $2250 a month! Thats around $200,000 give or take. I'm am so pumped up, i can't wait. I've been internet cruising all the local real estate agency listings in my area. That is all

i've worked long and hard to earn this. i'm 33 and had a house once but i only paid like $40,000 for it (it had some issues) that was 8 years ago. Plus as an added bonus, i get some pretty nice interest rates being a veteren and all, i qualify for VA loans
