If I left the forum and never came back...would it really hurt anyone? I don't think so.

I would say for most long term members, at least 3 or 4 people would question you leaving and where you were.

I just sent a message to someone recently making sure they were ok from here. I hadn't seen them in a few days and was worried. I don't really talk to them on here much, I don't really even like them all that much, but it still leaves a vacancy if I don't see them and they had made the comment that he was down.

Really sorry to the OP for the passing. Suicide *****. My cousin did the same thing to himself. Him and his gf got into a fight, she said she was leaving him, he ran into the bedroom grabbed a shotgun ran into the bathroom, jumped in the tub and took off his head. At least he didn't make a mess *shrug*

Life is really great, you just have to look around the **** before seeing that sometimes.

Hurt? Maybe not, but I'd certainly miss the interaction. This medium isn't quite the same as IRL though. At least not for me. If I lose a friend, it hurts.

Ridiculous thinking right there. Making the best of everything that comes your way is how you stay out of this mess. Hoping, creating high expectations and unrealistic goals leads to disappointment, depression and finally this crap. Be happy for the moments you do have and make the best of them.
I figured you would understand how suicide is "viable".
