one more time, pioneer TS-W126DVC or MTX T5512-44?

ive got 2 12" mtx Thunder 5500 subs right now, and i have someone interested in buying both of them, and my shitty sealed pre-fab box for 150$. I can get a pair of the poineer premier's for 140 on ebay, then i was gonna build a new ported box for it. Im building the new box no matter what, so ported, do u think the pioneers are better, or should i stay with the mtx's? Any info on the pioneers would be useful. Thanks
