one L5 moving alot more than the other

depends on how you have it wired, and check wiring at the amp, etc....

i really hope its just a loose wire somewhere but I dont really see the wire coming out from those tight wire terminals on the l5s.

its probably just a loose wire. one sub can move the other. it;s happened to me a few times.

They are in separate boxes.

Also could be a broken tinsel lead.. Been there done that many times on my L7..

Are those easy to fix?

Also my L5s are wired Parallel / Parallel to 1 ohm into a mono amp. Do I need to take both subs out?

I just went and looked at my subs again and now that I have played several differents songs it seems that they are playing about the same however....the one on the driver side when 1 certain bass note hits that subs makes a popping noise. It actually sounds like something inside the box. Doesn't actually sound like its coming directly from the sub.

Anyone know what that could be?

why don't you just unscrew it and look?

check wiring, and use a dmm to make sure both of the coils say 4 ohms.

shouldn't take more than a couple minutes.

I'm working on it right now. But its gonna take a while. Gotta take out both amps. The amp rack. the box. then the speaker.

found out what the problem was. One of the wires that comes on the speaker already that connects to the wire terminal thing (tinsel?) came off. I guess I can just sodder it back on?
