finally gonna get my truck deadened today, im sick of hearing the shit haha, even in my truck i can hear my back glass rattling....also im getting dynamat, how does it compare to other brands, without bringing the price into play?

well i picked a roll up and put 2 layers on my back wall, it helped a TON hearing the vibrations, but it seems that my back wall flexes more then ever now...

any ideas?

Uhm...it's just in your head? lol

Deadener should reduce road noise a ton and stiffen up anywhere it's placed to reduce vibrations.

Also keep in mind rattles are different than vibrations. If you have some interior plastic trim piece slapping the metal behind it you will need more than deadener to stop that, those types of things just have to be handled different for each situation.

the baseline dynamat doesnt even compare to Second Skins baseline Damplifier. If you go Dynamat route get there extreme matte.

best thing to do if all you want to do is get rid of rattles is find the source of the rattles and try to isolate it as much as possible.

ya i got the dynamat extreme...like i said, it helped hearing the vibrations ALOT, the big part of hearing the rattle was coming from my back glass and that has completely stopped now...

u just deaded everything around it and it will help stop it hopefully...and the low end is great IMO.
