he probobly bought it from a guy who stole it, so warranty would be voided with the SN#. either way, its a great deal if its brand new and 100% fully functional

IIRC the guy said he got it from a pawn shop or something like that. Not sure if it's the same guy though.

Not sure if its stolen, but that is the way I bought it. So you never know. Just don't try returning the thing like an idiot and you'll be fine.
