OldSkool Kicker KX500.2 Fuse Melted

I have an oldskool kicker kx500.2 i just bought it off my dude. anybody have any experience with this amp? what does it put out?

Also one of the Fuse Slots is melted. How would i go about getting them fixed and how much is it?

not to thread jack but, I have had this problem with one of my alpine amps as well, the fuse will melt before it blows, if it blows at all. why? is it shitty fues?
