Older Coustic Audio subs, these any good?

Well I picked these up in a parking lot where a dude was basically having a garage sale, lol. I listened to them on the ride home in the sealed box they were in and they actually sort of impressed me on about 300 RMS. Has anyone ever had these? What are they worth? Whats the RMS on them?
