old school crossfire

i have both cfa-404 and cfa-602 models. anyone have any wiring information on these? the manuals they provide online are inaccurate and dont provide much info. i am running a pair of cdt comps up fron that take 125rms and a treo 10" in the rear that takes 750rms. i heard i can run the cfa-602 in 3 ways providing 200rms x 2 @4 ohm stereo and 600rms x 1@4ohm mono simutaneoulsy. is this is possible will it be too much power for my comps up front? and how do i get a low level crossover for the sub? any information would help thanks
