Old School Boston Pro's? Anyone know anything about them?

Anyone know anything about the old school boston pro's? I'd say they were from late 90's, 98-00ish. I have a set in my car from my brother, he gave me the car and I wanted to know some more info about them. They are really loud and clear but get harsh when they are up too loud.

Yep, they take a lot of power to sound good at high volumes as well. Mine are eating 300 watts per side.

they are probably the .5 or .4 series yes they are indeed very power hungry i was feeding mine atleast 300 a side.

i seen them on ebay every so often.

i've seen ppl give them 400 a side and they took it like with ease...obviously if you clip your amp than its a different story. they are nice components they just need a bit of power to get them to sing at high vols
