I have one of my Autotek 280's, left. Dont have exact specs, sorry. Gonna say 150x2 RMS @ 2ohms. Anyone knows any different feel free to correct me. Asking $75+ ship, amp is a 8/10 and works fine. If you remember these amps, you know they were built way underrated, this one has never had any problems or been opened up.
