These things must have been quiet. 2000x2 rms handling, being fed 800@2(maybe 600 real) ohms.
If these got hooked up to a real 4000+ amp they might just blow the boxes apart.

I used to have two of the A2200HCX amps, one for each sub (mono bridged) I lost one of the amps in a car accident. They can handle alot!
