old school 18" punch classics

you can't blow a speaker by "not having enough power"...but anyhow i'm sure somebody on here could help you rebuild your subs

well i guess they told me wrong but anyway the voice coils are burnt and would like to get them fixed if possible

Probably badly worded. Likely damaged the speakers from driving the amp into severe clipping trying to get more output when a higher powered amp wouldn't have to work as hard to get the job done.
