**** FEDEX also. Those ***** ***** lost my ****ing package and i've yet to here of it's whereabouts. Brand new set of MB quart components lost somewhere in butt****ing egypt.

w0w i've never had a problem shipping with UPS... that sucks man it looks like someone played catch with your package. I hope the box the sonic fx is in doenst look like that when it gets to its destination.

Why don't you guys file a complaint with the BBB? They're like the Union, but for businesses. Always on your side ya know?

you kiddn me? BBB serves no actual purpose or use beyond shuffling paper. I went that route with my problems with BEST BUY not honoring their warranties, and the BBB could care less. I actually dont know what the BBB is for beyond colleting dues from its members.

Have you posted your concerns / questions on United Package Smashers? There should be a link on this website to it, considering how many people ship with UPS indirectly thru here.

I wish there was some way to get back at these companies. . . especially UPS. Here in Louisville, they have dumbass kids working at the sorting facility tossing your shit like a water balloon toss.

yea we are that bad but not that bad had to be an inside job like the driver because they make sure anything thats been opened accidentally gets taped back up good before being sent out to the owners of the package

UPS seems to be fux0ring up a lot lately. Why don't more people ship FedEx? The rates are almost identical.

Fedex is just as bad....I shipped a pair of Ubber expensive Genesis R1's and they are so messed up that they don't read on a DIMM //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif .... now they are trying to get out of paying for them

ive had fedex break a sub and lose a camera. didnt pay for hte sub but for the camera yah. never had anything broken through ups

but im getting my subs back from dd on thursday if their broken im stabing hte ups guy

I tell u what if u want ur stuff destroyed when it hits ur door i say ship UPS even though i havent had any problems wit there service but ive seen wit my own eyes of other peoples packages that had got destroyed im talkin ripped the hell up destroyed, packages get squeeze and tortured when the belts get jammed by backed up loaders, b ut i wouldnt blame it on them its to horrible engineering of the belts and schutes. Take it from me i work there.

i work at fed-ex... not for fed-ex we are contracted out, and they really do handle packages better and are a smaller company and treat people better than ups. i know this from seeing how they work with customers and having shipped with both. i strictly use fed ex now and try to request it in all oppurtunities
