What would Be Louder? I'm going up agianst a 18inch btl maybe in the trunk of a camry

got the wiring,got a 15inch box 4 cubes^32ish. 500 for the total amp\sub would be great....but yea can go higher.

id go 15" Q for like 290 ish i think it is...and then find a nice amp that does rated power at around 1kw and youll be plenty happy...

What the hell are you talking about?? A Q and a 9500 are 2 totally different subs. And if you are trying to "beat" a 18" BTL, Why would you buy a Q? If you are going with a 9500 you will need a lot more than a 1000w if you really want to get that sub loud. not to mention a different box than you mentioned.
