Ok so its official

I have decided on my two most favorite meals. One i just had and was delicious.
First is fried sausage links with biscuits n peppered sausage gravy

Second is breaded fried minute steaks with mashed potatoes both covered in brown gravy and corn on the cob and special (Gma's recipe) fried okra

You now know why im so fat...

What are some of your favorites?

I don't want to hear bout no god dam veggie burgers either!

2lb lobster..

not that crap they sell at red lobster either...

you most likeyl have to go to a higher end resturant.

you get the whole lobster.. tail, claws, and body.

i never eat the body part, but **** just the tail and claws and legs can fill you up good...

also cost about $150ish too..

another top one is a 1.5 lbs T bone steak that i BBQ.

Kosher salt and pepper... thats it.. nothing else.

10 to 13 mins each side about 8 inchs from the coals.

10 mins is a good med and 13 mins is a nice med well.

if you are at my house and even ask about A1 or any sauces for it.. it will be the last time you are ever invited over.

normally served with sweet corn BBQ-ed with butter and salt and cooked for about 20 to 30 mins.

i prep the corn first, and then light the coals and throw the corn on at that time.

within the next 10 mins or so i am preping the steaks.

first time i turn the corn is when i throw the steaks on.

also steaks are from a butcher, not that target bought crap.
