Having some fresh hot sausauge from the local meat market that was crockpotted for 8 hours with a couple Vidalia onions lots of sweet orange peppers and some homemade roasted red pepper and garlic sauce.

I gotta ask...I was working up near Harmony Pa. last year and went to the store and got a ham and cheese sandwich with fries...The sandwich was grilled bread with ham, mayo, cheese, french fries AND cole slaw...I got back to the job and opened up the container, and was like "WTH?" ..It was really good though. Is this the common Grilled Ham & Cheese?

Kind of.... That's basically a replication of a Primanti brothers sandwich , it's kind of staple in the Pittsburgh area.

I'm actually pretty close to harmony , about 15 miles north. The local farm market I get all my meat from is right between there and butler where I live. Sometimes you have to love living in a smaller farm town , no grocery store meat and veggies for me.

Kraft Mac & Cheese w/ several extra cheeses added, sliced brown sugar fried Spam and a side baked beans. Used to eat this ish all the time on my buddies farm after a long day of shooting pests.

My dad makes a real awesome Risotto and mom makes a mean Tuna Melt. Sushi can be really **** good or Thai food, but I still think my overall favorite food is Italian, but Creole and Cajun food is up there and I can't say no to really good BBQ brisket.

Fvck, so many options out there. No one food is my favorite I guess.
