Ok people who have strapped amps step in...

Here is my fear of strapping. If I strap 2 amps to my 8 subs how do I know it is getting the full power from both amps. I mean is it possible for something not work right and the subs only see power from one amp and me not knowing?

Unless you wire it wrong.

Otherwise it just won't work if you don't have amps wired right

everything wired right theres no way in hell it wont work. remeber 1 amp is postive/master and slave/is the negative amp. wire all subs postives to the master amp and all the subs negatives to the Slave amp. it sthat simple. using 8 subs you would need to wire series/parrallel.
