Ok I'm stupid, Help Please.

Ok I have this HU http://www.kenwoodusa.com/products/ListProduct.aspx?k1=2&k2=46&k3=172&pr=2356

And I have no idea how to set the eq on it.

It has settings for fronts that are like -1 though 3 db and then like 1khz-600hz I think. And the same for the rear. But then it has like 3d shit, system q, and SRS WoW whatever it is. Do you know what I should set all this shit at? I don't know what it does. My speakers(mmc6500) also have a crossover setting, I have them set at -3db for the tweets .

Also do you know how I can load diff videos on the cd player?
