Ok, i have a few amps in mind, which should i get?!

ok first off, my friend took back his jbl; 600.1 before i could even hook it up. I have got two blaupunkt PCwi1200 subs with 4 ohm impendance and 200w rms, 600w max. I have narrowed it down to these amps(keep in mind id like to get one amp to power both of these subs, and about 280$ budget):

JBL 600.1- 200$

PG XS2500 - 275$ ( 250 rms @ 2 ohm, so im not sure how to wire this one, i heard parallel works with these 2 ohms.)

which one works best with around 200w rms?
